Several job opportunities are created in the country by the entrance of each technology in the scientific area of the country. Therefore, in order to maintain dynamism and take steps along with the global technological growth, there is a need for systematic research, creativity and innovation, building trust, discovering the proper and economical ways of goods production and wealth creation, and creating suitable working platforms. The young population of the country and the increase in the growth rate of university graduates in recent years have forced organizations and executive agencies to develop new science and technology in the development of advanced global technologies. In addition, strategies and solutions have been proposed by upstream documents, including the comprehensive science map, the fifth development plant, statements of the Supreme Leader, and approvals of knowledge-based companies, to create the necessary foundation for development of technology and innovation system in the country, which shows the importance of topic of advanced technologies and institutionalization of their exploitation in the country.
